Questo volume (il cui testo compare in lingua italiana e in lingua tedesca) dà la possibilità al lettore di venire a conoscenza delle problematiche, della fatica, dell'entusiasmo celati dietro alla ricostruzione del centro storico venzonese in seguito alle scosse sismiche del maggio e del settembre 1976. Sfogliando queste pagine si segue passo a passo lo sviluppo di un'idea: ricostruire Venzone "dov'era e com'era". Dalle prime scosse agli immediati interventi di recupero, dall'asporto incontrollato di macerie e l'abbattimento di edifici antichi alla costituzione del "Comitato 19 marzo" e del ciclostilato "Cjase Nestre", attraverso i quali i venzonesi si batterono per la tutela del proprio paese e della propria storia, fino al Piano Particolareggiato del 1980, frutto di studi, analisi e ricerche che intendevano dare indicazioni corrette e puntuali per la rinascita del paese.
Il bollettino fornisce, inoltre, una descrizione dei danni e degli interventi eseguiti sulle chiese e sui palazzi storici, un cospicuo archivio fotografico, indispensabile per conoscere lo stato degli edifici prima e dopo il terremoto, e un'appendice interamente dedicata agli interventi nel Duomo di S. Andrea Apostolo.

VENZONE
THE RE-BUILDING OF THE HISTORIC CENTRE
This volume (which is available in both Italian and German) makes readers participant of the problems, efforts and enthusiasm that underlie the re-building of the historic centre of Venzone following its destruction by the quakes of May and September 1976. Page after page, we follow the development of a single plan: to re-build Venzone exactly where and how it was. Described are the first interventions carried out after the quakes, the unregulated removal of debris, the demolition of ancient buildings, the founding of the Committee on March 19 and the issuing of the document 'Cjase Nestre' through which the people of Venzone stated their intention to preserve their town and history, as well as the Detailed Plan of 1980 which resulted from analyses and research aimed at providing correct and precise guidelines for the rebirth of the town.
The bulletin also comprises a detailed description of the interventions on the damaged churches and historic buildings, a notable photographic archive, which bears witness to the state of the buildings before and after the earthquake, and an appendix dedicated to the restoration works on the Duomo of St. Andrew Apostle.

DER WIEDERAUFBAU EINES HISTORISCHEN ZENTRUMS
Dieser Band (dessen Text in italienischer und deutscher Sprache erscheint) gibt dem Leser einen Ausblick auf die Schwierigkeiten und Anstrengungen, aber auch die Hoffnungen, die der Wiederaufbau des historischen Zentrums von Venzone nach dem Erdbeben im Mai und September 1976 begleitet haben.
Diese Seiten durchblätternd folgt man der Entwicklung einer Idee: Venzone "wo und wie es war" wiederaufzubauen. Von den ersten Erdstößen bis zu den sofort einsetzenden Sanierungsarbeiten, von der unkontrollierten Trümmerbeseitigung und dem Abriß antiker Gebäude bis zu den Aktionen, die die Bewohner von Venzone für den Schutz ihrer Stadt und ihrer Geschichte geführt haben: die Verfassung des "19. März Komitees", die Publikation der Zeitschrift "Cjase Nestre (Unseres Haus)", sowie der Vorschlag des detaillierten Planes von 1980, indem sie mittels Studien, Analysen und Recherchen durchdachte und genaue Anweisungen für den Wiederaufbau der Stadt gegeben haben.
Der Bericht gibt außerdem eine Beschreibung der Beschädigungen und der Eingriffe bei Kirchen und historischen Gebäuden, mit einem ansehnlichen Fotoarchiv, das unerläßlich ist, um die Lage vor und nach dem Erdbeben zu erkennen sowie ein Anhang, der den Eingriffen am Dom von St. Apostel Andrea gewidmet ist.
